Integrative is the next generation Telecom switch provisioning (including VOIP) software. Integrative provides a hands free flow-thru work order fulfillment system. Integrative is a configurable, process defined, work flow manager that reduces mean time to services, lowers labor costs, lowers order errors all leading to customer retention and satisfaction. 

Integrative suite of provisioning functions (system events) include the following:

• Address Validation - verifies the customer address.
• ASR/LSR - submits Access Service Request and Local Service Request to other carriers
• Billing Interface - interfaces to one or more source billing system.
• Calling Card - based on customer selection, a subscription to a calling card provided.
• Co-location inventory - is maintained.
• Directory Listing (DL) - the listing in the incumbent yellow pages is established.
• E911 - 911 service is established.
• LIDB/CNAM - line information database and calling name database
• Line Test - is performed to test switch translations.
• Primary Inter-exchange Carrier/ Customer Account Record Exchange (PIC/CARE)  - notification of change in the long distance carrier
• Service Order Administration (SOA) - for number porting requests
• Switch Programming - provisioning of the telephone service in the switch
• Voice Mail - provisions voice mail service.

     Integrative's Internet provisioning system provides the following flow-thru provisioning features:

• Create, Delete, Modify, Activate and Deactivate accounts.
• Create master configuration file - for DNS, DHCP and EMail Servers
• Create, Delete, Modify, Activate and Deactivate services - Email, FTP and Web sites.
• Activate and Deactivate Feature services - Streaming audio and video
• Customer Support/ Trouble Ticketing
• Usage monitoring

Integrative has an in-built exception Work Queue management system for the correction of host system discrepancies. Work Queues can be configured by the system events (E911, DL etc). System events can be dynamically defined in Integrative. Integrative manages following metrics:

• System work load
• Flow-thru orders versus intervened orders
• A time series analysis of mean time to service
• Labor force efficiency
• Proactive analysis of inefficiencies.
